These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between the Operator and the Customer in the use of game and VPS hosting services and related services provided by the Operator.
1. Definitions
Operator – a natural person conducting business under Czech trade law, as specified above.
Customer – a natural or legal person who enters into a contract with the Operator for the provision of services.
Service – operation and rental of game servers, VPS servers, and other supplementary services (domains, voice servers, plugin management, etc.).
Contract – a binding legal relationship between the Operator and the Customer based on an order and its confirmation.
2. Contract Formation
The contract is formed upon confirmation of the order by the Operator.
Orders can be placed through the Operator's web interface, by e-mail, or by other verifiable means.
The Customer is obliged to provide truthful and complete information, including billing details.
3. Scope of Services
The Operator provides rental and operation of game and VPS servers on its own hardware infrastructure.
Services are provided "as is" (AS IS); the Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
Specific service parameters (performance, storage, RAM, CPU, access, IP address, ports) are listed in the service description at the time of order.
4. Pricing and Payment
Service prices are listed in the current price list on the Operator's website.
Payment is always required in advance for the entire agreed period, unless otherwise agreed.
Services are activated upon receipt of payment to the Operator's account.
Failure to pay within the deadline may result in suspension or cancellation of the service without compensation.
5. Customer Rights and Obligations
The Customer agrees to:
not use the service for illegal activities, distribution of harmful content, or attacks on other systems,
protect their access credentials and not share them with third parties,
respect copyright of software and content operated on the server,
not modify hardware or network settings without the Operator's consent.
For VPS servers, the Customer additionally agrees to:
not disrupt the performance and stability of other servers (e.g., excessive CPU or network usage),
not use VPS for cryptocurrency mining without the Operator's prior consent,
not set up custom DHCP or other services that may affect the network infrastructure.
6. Operator Rights and Obligations
The Operator agrees to:
provide the service according to agreed parameters,
perform necessary maintenance and updates,
inform the Customer in advance about planned outages,
protect Customer data in accordance with applicable legislation.
The Operator reserves the right to:
temporarily limit or interrupt the service due to maintenance, technical issues, or security incidents,
immediately terminate the service in case of serious breach of these Terms,
restrict performance or suspend VPS in case of excessive load or threat to infrastructure stability,
access the content of conversations with the AI assistant for the purpose of providing support, resolving technical issues, preventing misuse, and improving the service.
7. Service Availability and Maintenance
Standard availability is at least 99% per calendar month, unless otherwise stated in the contract.
Short-term outages caused by maintenance or force majeure do not constitute a breach of contract.
Maintenance is primarily performed during night hours or after prior notice.
8. Complaints and Liability
Complaints can be filed in writing by e-mail to the Operator's address within 14 days of the defect occurring.
The Operator is only liable for direct damage caused by demonstrable breach of its obligations, up to the amount of one monthly payment for the service.
The Operator is not liable for data loss, lost profits, or indirect damages.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining their own data backups, unless otherwise agreed.
9. Personal Data Protection
Processing of personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019.
Details are provided in the Privacy Policy available on the Operator's website.
10. Contract Duration and Termination
The contract is concluded for a fixed term based on the ordered period.
The contract can be terminated by notice sent by e-mail at least 7 days before the end of the period.
The Operator may terminate the contract immediately in case of serious breach of these Terms.
After service termination, the VPS/server may be deleted without compensation, including all data.
11. Final Provisions
These Terms become effective on the date of publication on the Operator's website.
The Operator reserves the right to amend them unilaterally at any time; changes become effective upon publication.
Contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
⚡ Special Terms for FREE Hosting
This section applies only to free (FREE) game hosting services. Paid services are subject to the standard terms above.
FREE Service Limitations
The Customer using free hosting acknowledges the following limitations:
- No availability guarantee – FREE servers have no guaranteed uptime (SLA) and may be suspended at any time due to maintenance or capacity constraints.
- Limited resources – performance, RAM, and storage are limited according to the current FREE tier offering.
- Support priority – FREE user requests are handled with lower priority than paid services.
- Inactivity – servers may be automatically suspended or deleted after 14 days of inactivity without prior notice.
- No backups – the Operator does not back up FREE servers. The Customer is fully responsible for their own backups.
Prohibited Activities on FREE Hosting
The following is explicitly prohibited on FREE hosting:
- Commercial use – operating servers for profit, selling access, or in-game items for real money.
- Reselling – offering the FREE server to third parties as your own service.
- Resource abuse – intentionally overloading the server, cryptocurrency mining, DDoS attacks, or other activities disrupting infrastructure.
- Circumventing limits – creating multiple accounts to obtain more FREE servers.
- Illegal content – hosting pirated software, warez, or other illegal content.
FREE Service Termination
The Operator reserves the right to:
- Terminate the FREE service at any time without reason with 7 days notice.
- Immediately terminate the service upon breach of these terms without compensation.
- Change FREE tier parameters or discontinue it entirely.
⚠️ Important: Violating FREE hosting terms may result in the user being banned from all Operator services, including paid ones.
Upgrade to Paid Tier
FREE users can upgrade to a paid tier at any time and receive:
- Guaranteed 99% availability
- Priority support
- Automatic backups
- Higher performance and stability
- Commercial use permitted
🤖 Alex Code and AI API Terms
This section applies to Alex Code (AI programming assistant) and AI API key services for accessing language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others) through the CORESYNTH.IO platform.
Service Description
Alex Code provides:
- AI API keys – access to language models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) via compatible API endpoints (OpenAI/Anthropic format).
- SSH/SFTP/FTP access – remote connection to an AI programming assistant (Claude Code, Cursor, OpenCode, etc.).
- Web chat – Alex AI assistant available directly in the client panel.
API Keys and Security
- The API key is a unique identifier assigned to a specific user account.
- The Customer is fully responsible for the secure storage and protection of their API key.
- Sharing API keys with third parties is prohibited. All usage under a key is billed to the key owner.
- If key compromise is suspected, the Customer must immediately regenerate it in the client panel.
- The Operator is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized use of a compromised key.
Billing and Credits
- AI API services are billed based on prepaid credit (token-based billing).
- Consumption is calculated by the number of input and output tokens according to the pricing of individual models.
- Unused credit does not carry over to the next period unless otherwise stated.
- Credit is non-refundable – refunds cannot be requested for unused balance after purchase.
- Purchased credit is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credit expires after this period.
- The Operator reserves the right to change model pricing in response to upstream provider price changes with a minimum of 14 days notice.
Limits and Fair Use
- API requests are subject to rate limiting (request limits per minute) based on the selected plan.
- The Customer must not use the API in a way that excessively burdens the infrastructure or limits other users.
- Automated bulk querying (scraping, flooding) without the Operator's consent is prohibited.
- The Operator may temporarily restrict access upon detection of unusual usage patterns.
Resale and Redistribution
- Resale or redistribution of API access to third parties is prohibited without written consent from the Operator.
- The Customer must not operate their own AI service for end users based on the API key without prior agreement.
- Violation of this rule is grounds for immediate access termination without compensation.
Liability for AI Outputs
- Outputs generated by AI models are provided without any warranty of accuracy, correctness, or completeness.
- The Operator is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
- The Customer is fully responsible for how generated content and code is used.
- AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information – the Customer is obliged to verify all outputs.
Prohibited Use of AI Services
- Generating illegal content (child exploitation material, instructions for criminal activity, malware).
- Generating content that infringes third-party copyrights.
- Using AI for automated spam, phishing, or social engineering.
- Attempting to circumvent AI model safety measures (jailbreaking) to generate prohibited content.
- Presenting AI outputs as human-created work in contexts where this is prohibited by law or regulation.
Data Processing and Privacy
- Data sent via the API is forwarded to upstream providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) for processing.
- The Operator does not store the content of API requests and responses beyond what is necessary for billing and diagnostics.
- The Customer must not send sensitive personal data (national ID numbers, payment card numbers, medical records) via the API without appropriate security measures.
- Data processing by upstream providers is governed by their own privacy policies.
SSH/SFTP/FTP Access (Alex Code)
- SSH/SFTP/FTP access is provided in an isolated environment (container) with limited system permissions.
- The Customer must not attempt privilege escalation, access other containers, or breach isolation.
- The Operator may monitor and log SSH sessions for security and diagnostic purposes.
- Upon service termination, data in the container is deleted without possibility of recovery.
AI Service Availability
- AI API availability depends on upstream providers and the Operator does not guarantee 100% uptime.
- Outages caused by third parties (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are not grounds for compensation.
- The Operator commits to best effort to ensure availability and promptly resolve outages on its side.
